NanoCore Gel-Free Loose Tube Fiber Optic Cables from Hitachi

Hitachi has introduced its NanoCore line of fiber optic cables in a declaration in Manchester. The line includes three new constructions of plenum-rated gel-free loose tube fiber optic cables from Hitachi.

The Hitachi Nanocore have been developed to work with MT, MTP/MPO and other small form function connectors. Hitachi NanoCore cables offers higher fiber strand counts in smaller diameter cables.

All Hitachi Nanocore cables constructions are available with the users choice of optical fiber. 8.3 micron singlemode and 62.5 and 50-micron multimode. This includes the optical fiber for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications that are available.
