Germany as put into force an anti-terror register system for the country's police and secret services so that the country's intelligence and administration has all time access to all personal info & records of criminal suspects and terrorists.

German Interior Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble has said that anti-terror register is aimed at thwarting terror plans.

Germany also had tightened its internal anti-terror legislation in the wake of September 11, 2001 terror attacks in USA.
