By Susan — [ ] Reported at 7:45 am, 05/23/2006.

If anyone has a Baltimore appartment for rent or sale, then please get in touch with me. A friend of mine is looking for a nice appartment in and around Baltimore as he has to move in almost within a fortnight. I was searching for appartment options in Baltimore when I reached to info on this Briarcliff Apartments in Cockeysville, MD. It seems Briarcliff Apartments are one of the best places to buy an appartment and it seems they're a leading real estate builders in the Baltimore Real Estate scenario. Will certainly inform my friend to go through this site and check out what they have for offer. It seems Briarcliff offers well made appartments in well set up community area with full of recreational and fitness facilities all perfectly built-up in and around the community. They're offering world-class pools, fitness facilities with world-class fitness machines, basketball courts etc. Their appartments are claimed to be fireproof and soundproof built with strong layer of thick concrete.

Came to know that Briarcliff Apartments are privately owned and managed by Gebhart Properties that takes care of managing the whole community and infrastructure.

How to protect your car from auto theft - Don’t be victim of car theft !

By Susan — [ ] Reported at 1:26 pm, 05/21/2006.

I was just searching on google to find how to prevent your car from getting stolen. Car theft is a true matter of concern in california region, and with that, it becomes too important to probe out some of the core measures that one should adapt to keep away from being a victim of an auto theft case of your own car.

While searching the same, I reached to a web page where I get some of the true valued recommendations for preventing a car theft. The suggestions are from Nancy Pierce who is working as regional vice-president of GEICO for their San Deigo presence. Nancy suggests :

- Keeping your vehicle locked whenever possible, wherever possible.

- Never leaving keys in the car itself when you're away or even standing near to your car.

- Never parking your car in the dark areas where there's not much traffic. Always park your machine in the busy area that's well lit.

- Whenver parked, your car should be in a gear so that thiefs may not be able to tow it away.

- Never leave valuables in the car when you're away.

- Your car MUST HAVE an anti-theft system installed.

- If someone bumps your car, never get out to check for the damage in a less busy area. First park your car safely, put it in a gear, and take out the keys and shut the machine off… and later get out to check for the damage.

- Avoid high crime areas while driving.

Anyway, I may soon get in touch with Geico office to get some nice car insurance rate for my new machine. I believe, it's better to never leave your car uninsured. Take care of all other things later.

How to prevent your money from devaluating

By Susan — [ ] Reported at 5:48 am, 05/20/2006.

I friend of mine recently suggested me to diversify my portfolio and invest at least 20% of my liquid assets into metals and bullion. What he suggested is the fact that it's the currency that changes it's value from time to time where as precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum do not change their value in due course of time. He argued that with time, you can buy lesser oil with the same amount of dollar…. but if you pay for the oil with Gold or silver, you get almost the equal amount of oil that you could get for the same amount of gold or silver even 10 years back! Well I MUST admit that his research was true meaningful and has truly compelled me to think about the same and invest into metals such as gold and silver. I also came across a web release from Monex.com that offers Gold American Eagle Coins and is one of the most trusted source for this need. I'd certainly go for a few few coins every month so that I had a fixed quanta of Gold coins as my liquid asset that won't devaluate with time as any currency is bound to devaluate!
