I recently came to know that an extra calcium intake in the form of calcium supplements may actually help lowering the risk for kidney stones reoccurrance.
A study was conducted on calcium and kidney stones and was published in New England Journal of Medicine in 1993. Another study came out in 1997.

Bloodhound.Beagle, also known with the names CME-328, Bloodhound.Beagle, Troj/BagleDl-BK, [Sophos], is a heuristic detection that detects variants of the W32.Beagle family of mass-mailing worms. The worm is found to be spreading throughout internet at the fastest speed.
A common symptom of this worm is a received email with an attachment with the name "price" .
W32.Beagle.DL@mm is a mass-mailing worm. Beagle has its own SMTP engine and uses the same to spread to peer-to-peer and file sharing networks. It attempts to lower security settings and may also download and execute remote files.
Came to know that bloodhound.beagle worm as well as other worms do hack up your system by inserting several hack tweaks into your system's registry. So with that, I had to make sure that my system's registry wasn't currupt and loaded with hack codes… I searched and found out this Error Doctor utility and immediately put it at work… It cleaned my whole system within 45 mins reporting several registry errors and repairing them one by one….
If you think your system is affected by bloodhound.beagle worm or any other worm or trojan, it's highly recommended that you should immediately evaluate your system's registry using some powerful tool such as this error doctor and make them clean up all such malicious codes from your system's registry and thus deactivating such trojans and worms.
