Google doubles gmail storage capacity

By Susan — [ ] Reported at 1:21 am, 04/02/2005.

Google has announced that they are going to offer double storage capacity for their gmail service rather than the present 1 GB. This will allow all current and future Gmail users to have 2 GB mailbox from their beloved Google!

Personally speaking, the best part would be if google actually empowers its gmail service with POP service rather than offering a 2GB email storage! This way, all gmail users will shed off all content from their online gmail account right to their own pop client unloading all content and freeing unncessary filled space on gmail servers that will otherwise soon become the electronic junkyard of the next centuary!
